On the day of your event, I arrive early to prepare my workspace and begin laying the foundation for your painting. Throughout the celebration, I capture the atmosphere and details that make your day uniquely yours.
Throughout the evening, guests can watch the painting come to life, creating an interactive experience that becomes part of the celebration itself. The experience becomes both a form of entertainment and a lasting keepsake, allowing your loved ones to witness creating your artwork that will be treasured for years to come.
After the celebration, I refine the painting in my studio and complete the final details with the care and attention each piece deserves.

If I have availability, I will send you my service options and a quote. You may choose your service and reserve your spot.

Before your event, we will connect to finalize setup, timeline, and details to ensure the experience is seamless on the day.
On the event day, I arrive early to set up and prepare for your chosen service.

Many couples reserve their dates several months to over a year in advance. I recommend inquiring as soon as possible to ensure availability.
I'm based in Sunnyvale, California. I primarily serve the San Francisco Bay Area, including Carmel Valley, Monterey, Napa, Santa Cruz, San Francisco, San Jose, and Sonoma. I also travel for select events.
Yes, a certificate of insurance (COI) can be provided upon request.
Guests are invited to stop by my illustration station throughout the event. In most cases, I take a quick reference photograph so that guests can continue enjoying the celebration while I create their portrait. Completed illustrations are displayed throughout the evening and packaged for guests to take home as personalized keepsakes.
For clients who prefer a more traditional and interactive experience, I also offer a seated option in which guests sit with me briefly while I create their portraits.
Most clients choose to invest $3,900 on my live guest illustration services depending on guest count and event length, with custom packages tailored to your event.
My packages for live canvas paintings begin at $3,600.
Travel and accommodations, if applicable, are considered separately.
For live guest illustration, I require a table and two chairs. Additional requirements will be outlined in the agreement.
For live painting on canvas, I require a dedicated workspace for my easel and painting materials, ideally in an area that allows me to work comfortably without disrupting the flow of the celebration. If the location will have limited lighting during the event, access to a nearby electrical outlet is appreciated so that I can use supplemental lighting as needed.
Of course! Children and pets are welcome. Unless otherwise requested in advance by the client, I illustrate only the people and animals who are present at the event.
For commission projects outside of events, animals are counted as individuals for commission pricing purposes.
